Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If you want to cancel order on any day, kindly call or WhatsApp before 5PM on that day. After 5 PM order cancellation request will not accepted.
- In any situation, we can cancel your order without prior notice. But we will try to notify you via Call, SMS, WhatsApp message or Email (Any communication media that has been provided by the customer.).
- If you paid online for your order and we are unable to complete your order then you get full refund within 7 working days. (Applicable on Trial Meal Pack only)
- If you are unsatisfied with the food or unhappy with our services, we will provide you refund on a pro rata basis i.e., you will be refunded based on the number of meals/tiffin you have consumed from your subscription plan. No refund will be made for consumed meal/tiffin. (Applicable on 15 Days or 30 Days Meal Pack plan only)
- In the unlikely event that your order is delivered late (9:30 PM for dinner), or the food that has been delivered is flagged for quality issues by a majority of Tiffin 365 customers, you will be compensated with a complimentary meal from Tiffin 365, no refunds!
